RATES !!!

All rates are double occupancy; extra person or the use of a rollaway is $15.00 per day extra.

Children under 12 years old staying with adults are free, over 12 are considered as adults.

May - June $70.00 - $140.00
July 1st - July 22nd $80.00 - $160.00
July 23rd - Sept 6th $85.00 - $170.00
Sept 7th - Oct $70.00 - $140.00

Cancellation Policy

If cancellation of a reservation is not received at Luzerne Court 14 days prior to arrival, a charge for 3 days or length of reservation whichever is the least amount will be billed to your account

We are dog friendly !

We provide pet friendly bed spreads if your animal tens to jump on the beds.

  1. You are responsible for your pet at all times.
  2. If you leave the motel the pet leaves with you.  DO NOT LEAVE your pet in the room while you go shopping, sightseeing, dinner etc.. They are more relaxed with you in your vehicle.
  3. No Pets in the front yard and in gardens. There is an area provided behind the motel. Please pick-up after your pet, there are receptacles available around the property. It will make it much more enjoyable for the pets and their owners who come after you.
  4. If there is any pet damage to the room, you are responsible for the repair or the cleaning of the damage.
